Our primary goal at Barlow Truss is to manufacturer the highest quality of roof trusses. Since inception, we have made substantial investments in our manufacturing facilities and equipment, which allows us to consistently produce accurate, high-quality trusses that meet our customers’ timeline and budget.
Cutting is accomplished with our MiTek component saw. This saw produces clean accurate cuts for all our cord and web members.
Trusses are assembled on our Mark-8 Mono Pedestals & Press by Hydro-Air. This equipment utilizes magnetic pedestal stands at each joint, or press point, with uni-strut jigging.
After placing the high-quality MiTek steel plates at each joint, assemblers press the plates into the timber, to ensure complete plate embedment.
